Uintah Valley is based out of Parowan Utah, where we develop and produce high quality homemade goods in small batches. Vanilla Extract is the main product we offer today.

This is an in home operation with grander hopes and dreams. We want to provide the world with something the other guys won't: actually PURE Vanilla Extract! Our current extract product is made with Madagascar vanilla beans steeped in locally distilled spirits.

We take the label "Pure" seriously. We do not add water to stretch the extract; we do not add sugar or high-fructose corn syrup to sweeten it up. We do not use chemical flavor components or beaver butt paste! (It's a real thing! It's called "castoreum.") We let the beans and extractives have their say in the flavor, and we rely on the product to speak for itself!
